Advance Auto Parts has joined the ranks of companies that have gone woke and are pushing the radical agenda of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on it’s workforce.
Like all such companies, they are abandoning merit based hiring. Executives are required to promote and support DEI initiatives and champion anti-racism in the workplace. Rank and file employees are required to sign a document committing to DEI as part of normal corporate training and even snitch on employees who are not following the DEI program.
Please respectfully email their CEO and call their corporate headquarters letting them know you will refuse to patronize their stores until they end these policies.

Mr. O’Kelly,
I have become aware that Advance Auto Parts has an extensive DEI program that executives and rank and file employees are required to sign on to.
It also appears that you encourage employees to snitch on each other if they do not follow your anti-racist program.
The problem with anti-racism is that it is racism under a different name and as such it is completely unacceptable.
Please end these policies immediately. I will be forced to shop elsewhere until do you do.
